Last night I wore a lace baby doll dress with cognac pumps to attend the Christmas Exhibition at the"Cassidy Bayou Art & Culture Center"in Sumner, MS. Yes!.....Sumner, MS- the same town where the Emmit Till trial took place over fifty five years ago. However, there are a lot of great things Turning Up in Sumner right now! We had a grand time while taking part in the Christmas Exhibition festivities. The show was absolutely "Chic "with allegorical artwork by; my husband (Terry Lynn), Pryor Graeber, Baxter Knowlton and Thomas Threadgill. In addition to the art show there was really good food, drinks, live music and dancing. We had an "Artsy Chic" time!
